Trade Exhibitors
If you are interested in having a trade stand at this years event then please email event organiser Paul Santoni with details of:
- Area of stand required
- Nature of business
Exhibitors must be approved in advance by Hopetoun House and will be subject to a contribution of £75 to Hopetoun House + £75 to the event’s official charity.
On the day of the event exhibitors must arrive by 9am, be setup for 10am and remain on site until 6pm.
Club Exhibitors
All single entry exhibitors must register through their respective club representative found on the contacts page.
Entry to the event costs £5 per car or bike with all proceeds going to Hopetoun House and numbers are strictly limited to the first 500 vehicles registered.
Exhibitors must be on site no later than 9.30am or will have to park in the public car park and must remain on site until 3pm.
A strictly observed speed limit of 5mph is in place within the display area and a 20mph speed limit must be observed within the rest of the grounds.
